How are the photos printed?
They are professionally printed by PhotoBox and have a fade resistance of 150 years.

What size are the original digital images (i.e. height and width in pixels)?
On average 3504 x 2336, in addition for the largest prints I'm using genuine fractals to achieve the highest quality.

Is there anyway I can test out the print quality and speed of delivery?

How can I pay?
All you need is a valid credit or debit card.

What about security?
All transactions are conducted over secure servers and your card details are not retained.

What happens when I order?
As soon as your payment is processed, PhotoBox begin printing using the hi-resolution files stored on their servers. Once this is done, they immediately package and dispatch the prints directly to you.

How long will the pictures take to reach me?
Usually no more than five working days. Most people receive small prints the very next day.

Do you allow international customers?
Yes. This service is available to all, irrespective of your home country.

What happens if there is a problem?
If the prints do not arrive within 7 days, contact me and a new set will be sent out.

What happens if my prints are damaged in the post?
The prints are very well packaged so damage is unlikely, but if something happens contact me and a new set will be sent.

What happens if I'm just not happy with the prints?
A full refund is available for anyone who is unhappy with their purchase.
